i want to put a backround on myspace, but doesn't work, same surveys????

I have myspace and i did one of those surveys i tried putting it up where they said but it doesn't show. same with backround. i do i make it work?

There should be away of changing the color on it ive ran into this same problem and fixed it but ive forgotten now sorry here are some other sites u could use.
