I've filled it out, tried to cut and paste it, and failed. Then again, I don't know anything about this! HELP!

Okay, first of all, do you want it in a bulletin? If so, copy and paste the whole survey. Click on a bulletin that someone else has posted. Here, you should see a "back" button at the top left corner of the bulletin. Click that. That should take you to a page where a bunch of other bulletins are. Again, you will see a link that says "Post bulletin" in the top left corner. Click that. Type in a subject and paste the survey into the body.

you find the code at the bottem the you slecit all then then go to edit profile then you paste it wherever u want like t.v movies thats all

what you do is copy the survey you want to answer...then find the button that says post bulletin. Once you have clicked on post bulletin you can then paste your survey in the box and answer all of the questions. once you have finished you want to hit post bulletin at the end of the page and confirm that you want to post a bulletin and it should show up in about 5 minutes under the bulletin postings on your myspace page. good luck!
