Cute Myspace Layouts
February 8th, 2008 | by Jen |I sometimes get a little tired of the same myspace layouts. You know what I mean- the Scarface backgrounds that look like you have just rented the DVD and the front cover got stuck on your screen. I am just in the mood for something slightly off the beaten track. Something that is well let’s just say not ordinary. I am not talking anything hardcore- no, in fact I am talking about something completely opposite! Instead of action packed, thriller based, girly or manly backgrounds, let’s have something ….cute! Just for a change, something your little niece or nephew can click onto without coiling in disbelief that his or her aunt or uncle can even think of such pictures let alone paste them onto their myspace pages.
So, here are my thoughts on this subject:
How about a purple butterfly fairy sitting perched on top of a beautiful lily? This background is so encapsulating that the reader will sit for ages just perusing this surreal little creature. While we are on the topic of magical beings, how about a page that is completely mystical. I am talking about green waterfalls cascading onto lush bright blue and yellow water where a unicorn drinks and looks up at you every once in a while. Or if you are not into the cute tinkerbell-like creatures, you could always go for stars that twinkle in front of blue and white falling snowflakes. This is one of my favorites. Whilst reading the page, your eyes glance up and down and it almost feels like you are floating.
For those of you who are into the cute scene but not so much the supernatural, how about something cute but sexy. A myspace layout that, for the ladies has a man, with a six pack to die for and tanned toned limbs that make your own limbs feel like jelly. However, instead of the Chippendales effect, this layout has a cute little catch. He has angel wings and is looking up at a grey sky where rays of sunshine pass through clouds so that the shadow that is cast on this shoulders looks tangible. For the men, two ladies in bunny outfits wiggling their bottoms ever so gently from side to side. They too have angel wings and halos and look at you with a “tickle me” kind of smirk.
I think myspace could do with a little change. Yes, a little change for the little people. Let’s not be so hardcore all the time, lets have some fun and perhaps get transported back to the times when we wondered whether Tinkerbell was real. Let’s change our myspace pages to something a little cute!
